What is that I feel? Can it be? Yes! It is a cool breeze coming through my window. Ahhhh, how refreshing. I haven't been sitting on my window sill because it has been so warm outside. The air conditioning gets so cold, that I am forced to snuggle under the bed to maintain a comfortable temperature. But this morning, the windows were flung open and the breeze is kickin'. I will stay here awhile.

SHE was at the Berkley Heights Library again visiting with the fantastic children. She told me that Andrew, and Maggie answered many questions during the presentation. Isabella won a T-Shirt. I love books! Why didn't I get to go the library? Now I remember, I don't travel well in cars. There is nothing better than being surrounded by books!!!

SHE was away this weekend, which always makes me sad. Poppy came and took very good care of me. He also brought me treats! Yummy! I am relaxing on the computer desk and decided to say hi to all my friends. I need a nap.....

The summer is really here. I am beyond excited. The sun feels so warm and my soft, silky fur. SHE went to see a show this week on the "Great White Way." SHE told me Matthew and Erica are big fans of my book. That brings me great joy! I hope they come for a visit. I am off to sun myself (no sunscreen needed, I am an indoor cat!!!)

I have been forced to sleep mostly in the closet because it saddens me to see the rain fall day after day. The lightning was so bright yesterday!!! The Fourth of July is this weekend. I am planning on wearing a red, white and blue hat. I will set by the window and watch the fireworks.
