You heard me!!!! I need so much attention that I must crawl up on to HER arms and make HER look at me. Today was a good day. The pigeon outside my window did not come by. That makes me happy because I have to make clicking noises when he is there to make him leave my space!!!

What a long day. SHE was gone all day reading to the children of Fort Solanga Elementary School. What wonderful children. SHE kept talking about how SHE gave them pencils to write stories. I hope they will write about me! I spent most of the day in the hamper. Look and see how productive I was today......

There is just so much rain! I was awakened early this morning by a thunder storm! I quickly snuggled back into bed. Yesterday, SHE read to the children of Old Bethpage Elementary School in Plainview, NY. SHE mentioned seeing her old friends Evan, Justin and Emily! I wish I could have been there to see them, but she promised I would meet them soon! Oh well, I hope the sun shines today.......I better get HER a Mother's Day present.

All the children have been writing us notes. My paws are so tired from typing. SHE visited James A. Dever Elementary School in Valley Stream and went back to John H. West in Plainedge. I think I may have to start wearing dark glasses so I do not get recognized in public. It is so exciting. The weather is getting warmer, which means trip to the beach! I do not like the sand, but I do enjoy relaxing out on the East End of Long Island.........oh, my mind is drifting.......I must rest and dream about sunscreen and straw hats!

I have two new cousins! HER sister added two new baby kittens to the family. I am so excited, I can't stand it. Micky and Minnie are always welcome to come for a visit (those are my new cousins!). I hope my other cousins, Reeses and Pajamas, are as excited as I am. Just think of all the fun we could have together!

SHE was gone all day. Today SHE talked to the students at John H West Elementary School in Plainedge, NY. So many of the students emailed me. My paws are tired from typing! I must return all the emails I get. I get sad when I write an email and it gets returned. I wrote to Jaida and Ericka, but the email address was wrong! So don't think I didn't respond....you got a special "shout out" on my blog!
